What makes WTN Myo-inositol complex unique is that, alongside myo-inositol, alpha-lipoic acid, chromium, cinnamon and N-acetylcysteine are combined in a single capsule.

One of the main components of the product is pure myo-inositol produced by fermentation, a compound also naturally occurring in the body and known in nutritional science. Myo-inositol plays a role in several cellular processes, including cell-to-cell communication and the regulation of metabolism.

This function is complemented by the presence of organic chromium (chromium yeast), which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels and to the proper metabolism of macronutrients – proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

In the formula, cinnamon extract, alpha-lipoic acid and N-acetylcysteine (NAC) are ingredients studied in various areas of nutritional science, including research on metabolic processes.
Cinnamon is a natural plant extract long used as part of a balanced diet.

Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing compound also occurring in the body, while NAC is a stable form of the amino acid cysteine, which also features in research on biochemical processes related to protein building.

Directions for use:

• Recommended amount: 1 capsule a day with a meal, with plenty of liquid.
